Superintendent - Construction - New Haven

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure punch list completion and project close-out procedures are handled efficiently.
