Superintendent - Construction - New Haven

• Supervise daily construction activities for multi-family projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Review and manage project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are upheld.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members.
