Superintendent - Construction - New Haven

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or potential delays to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
