Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to maintain workflow and project timelines.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve challenges or delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements.
  • Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations.
