Superintendent - Construction - New Haven

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site activities and progress.
• Support the handover process to ensure client satisfaction.
