Job Description

    • Manage all day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
    • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
    • Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion
    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and design teams
    • Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interiors projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
    • Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors in occupied and active environments
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and safety requirements
    • Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized approach to project delivery
