Superintendent - Construction - New York

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budgets and schedules are met.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
