Superintendent - Construction - Norwalk

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Implement and monitor project schedules, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
