Superintendent - Construction - Waterbury

• Manage daily operations on the construction site to ensure progress aligns with project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety standards are consistently met across the site.
• Monitor quality control and address any issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Communicate project updates and progress to relevant parties, including clients and senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
• Support team members to achieve shared objectives and maintain a collaborative work environment.
