Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
  • Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site conditions.
