The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This individual will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily operations, enforcing safety procedures, and driving project success from mobilization through closeout.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on the construction site.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
