Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion
  • Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement
  • Enforce safety, quality, and company standards across the jobsite
  • Coordinate with ownership, architects, consultants, and project management teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Country club project experience preferred
  • High-end commercial, hospitality, or luxury construction experience considered
  • Stable career history with reputable construction firms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
