Job Description

* Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and project quality standards
* Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants
* Drive project milestones while maintaining budget and schedule objectives

The Successful Applicant

* Proven Superintendent experience on commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects
* Country club project experience preferred
* Strong tenure with reputable general contractors
* Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Flexible mindset with experience across different project types
