Superintendent - Custom Homes - Boston

The Superintendent - Custom Homes - Boston will:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets the project specifications and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Manage material and equipment deliveries to ensure smooth site operations.
