It is known for providing integrated design-build services that streamline both the design and construction process under a single contract.

Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
  • Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring efforts alignment

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent with a strong background on mission-critical facilities projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, solve complex construction challenges, and drive project execution.
  • Skilled in interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively, with the ability to remain assigned to project sites for extended durations.
