Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
  • Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced superintendent in industrial or commercial construction, ideally data centers
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
