Job Description

  • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
  • Review project plans and specifications to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to ensure smooth project operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 6+ years of construction industry experience
  • Previous experience working on data center projects, concrete or steel work preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
