Successful Superintendents will have the chance to grow alongside a company that values relationships, teamwork, and excellent client service.Job DescriptionLead and manage commercial construction projects independently from start to finish.Oversee on-site operations, scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel.Serve as the primary field leader and key point of communication for project stakeholders.Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.Coordinate day-to-day field activities to ensure successful project execution.Support delivery of a large-scale mission critical data center retrofit project.Ensure strong client relationships through effective communication and problem solving.Function as a hands-on Superintendent capable of independently running medium to large-scale projects.Provide leadership and direction expected of a senior-level Superintendent.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
