Known for their relationship-driven approach and collaborative culture, they offer Superintendents direct access to leadership, meaningful career growth opportunities, and the ability to work on high-profile projects with repeat clients.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do as a Superintendent:Lead all field operations as the project Superintendent from mobilization through closeoutIndependently manage a $90M Data Center retrofit project with minimal oversightSupervise Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnelCoordinate all construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP workManage shutdowns, tie-ins, outages, and upgrades within active Data Center environmentsMaintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliancePartner with Project Managers and clients to resolve field issues and keep projects on trackOversee inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
