The organization continues to grow while maintaining the values, accessibility, and team-oriented environment that have contributed to its lasting success.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will report directly to Project Leadership and serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for safety, schedule execution, quality control, and field operations. The Superintendent will play a critical role in driving successful project delivery while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and project teams.Lead all field operations, site personnel, and day-to-day construction activities from mobilization through closeout.Partner closely with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules.Direct subcontractor performance and facilitate coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all trades.Champion jobsite safety while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality.Anticipate and mitigate project challenges, resolving field issues before they impact project performance.Act as the primary onsite representative with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other key stakeholders.Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents while supporting project logistics, documentation, commissioning, and turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
