Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from demolition through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site coordination
  • Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across the project
  • Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field issues
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $20M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics
  • Effective leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to maintain project schedules while delivering quality outcomes
