Job Description

As the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of on‑site project delivery.

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations from groundworks through project close‑out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections to maintain programme
  • Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Manage logistics, sequencing, and real‑time problem solving
  • Deliver projects on time and to exacting standards
  • Travel between regional project sites as required (typically within a one‑hour radius)

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, we are seeking:
