The Superintendent will play a critical leadership role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Lead subcontractor coordination and scheduling activities.Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with company standards.Drive project schedules and identify solutions to maintain milestones.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets expectations.Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
