Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients as needed.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
