A company in the construction industry, based in Denver, is seeking a skilled commercial superintendent for its projects in Denver.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee quality assurance to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address project needs and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of all phases of construction projects.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Experience in ground up car dealership construction
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve issues and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.
