Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow.
  • Ensure all work is performed following safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review blueprints and project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and site conditions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
