Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly to prevent delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and quality requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of on-site equipment and materials.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing on-site construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
