Job Description

  • Lead daily on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Drive project schedules, sequencing, logistics planning, quality control, and trade partner productivity
  • Champion jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and OSHA requirements
  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings, provide project updates, and serve as the primary field leader on-site
  • Oversee project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and turnover while maintaining client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, trade coordination, and construction sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Humble, driven, team-oriented, and motivated to deliver exceptional projects
