They have worked across different sectors over their history, but for years have been focused on the industrial and manufacturing markets. All their work is negotiated and mostly with clients they have been working with for years. They do about $75M per year in revenue.Their superintendents oversee one site and their typical projects is $2M-$10M in value. Most project are additions or ground-up projects. They usually run projects in pairings between Project Managers and Superintendents without Project Engineers unless the projects is unusually large.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for management.Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain strong working relationships.Assist in planning and scheduling project phases and resource allocation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
