With a collaborative, start-up-syle culture and a leadership team committed to employee development, this organization offers exceptional long-term career potential.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors will:Lead all on-site construction acitivites for commercial interior fit-out projects.Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily jobsite operations.Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.Drive quality control and maintain project schedules from start to finish.Oversee renovations and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $500k to $10M.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Build strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.Play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Boston market.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
