Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction acitivites for commercial interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily jobsite operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive quality control and maintain project schedules from start to finish.
  • Oversee renovations and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $500k to $10M.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Boston market.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong background managing Downtown Boston interior fit-out projects.
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA-CSL) required.
  • Experience overseeing corporate interiors, hospitality, or life science interior projects.
  • Comfortable working exclusively within the Downtown Boston market.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and occupied-space renovations.
  • Preference for candidates with a stable work history and experience on small-to-mid-sized interior projects.
