Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality control processes
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Maintain project records while serving as the key on-site leader for clients and project teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a construction field leadership role
  • Experience with ground-up, renovation, or expansion projects within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Detail-oriented leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
