Job Description

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily field operations
  • Enforce safety, quality, and contract compliance on every project
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and inspectors
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3-7+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience
  • Commercial construction experience including ground-up and renovation projects
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and project sequencing
  • Detail-oriented leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
