Job Description

The Superintendent - Education will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices are followed.
  • Oversee quality control to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Education should have:
