Superintendent - Established Multifamily GC - Raleigh

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a $70M+ ground-up, 280-unit multifamily development.
• Manage project execution from sitework through final turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Oversee construction involving slab-on-grade foundations, elevated podium concrete structures, and multi-story wood-frame construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
• Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to maintain project progress and resolve field challenges.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to two Assistant Superintendents.
• Drive schedule performance and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain a safe and productive jobsite environment while fostering strong relationships with trade partners and clients.
• Project anticipated to begin September/October with an estimated two-year duration
