An established commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multiple interior renovation and hospitality projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will lead field operations across airport, restaurant, retail, and commercial projects valued between $1M-$10M.

Job Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations on 3-4 concurrent commercial projects
* Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project objectives

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
* Track record delivering projects valued between $1M-$10M
* Proficiency with construction scheduling software and Procore
* OSHA 30 certification required
* Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, airport, or commercial interiors preferred
