Their unique expertise, national reach, and collaborative culture have made them a trusted partner for repeat clients across government, defense, technology, and commercial sectors.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintedent:Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior, SCIF, and federal construction projects.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.Monitor and enforce quality control standards and safety compliance.Conduct site inspections and manage project punch list activities.Review construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and field coordination issues.Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.Travel to project sites as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
