With a strong reputation for repeat business and technical expertise, they offer the stability of an established contractor while maintaining the agility and culture of a close-knit team.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Federal/Commercial Interiors - NoVA will:Manage daily on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.Maintain project schedules and proactively drive milestones to meet client deadlines.Enforce quality standards, safety requirements, and compliance with project specifications.Conduct site walks, inspections, and oversee punch list completion.Review and interpret construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field-related issues.Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders on-site.Partner closely with Project Managers to align project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.Travel to project locations as needed throughout the region and across the country.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
