Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities for a $40M multifamily development
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Oversee completion of the first building and lead construction of the second building
  • Coordinate daily field operations and resolve project issues proactively
  • Partner with project leadership to maintain budget and schedule goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects
  • Strong block construction experience required
  • Multifamily experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain project momentum
  • Stable career history with strong references from previous employers
