Superintendent - Greenville, NC - Life Science

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, project schedules, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety standards and cultivate a strong safety-first culture on every project.
• Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets contract documents and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project management teams, design professionals, and ownership representatives to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate construction risks.
• Oversee healthcare renovation and new construction projects while minimizing disruption to occupied environments when applicable.
• Direct field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support successful delivery of multiple healthcare projects totaling approximately $9M in the Greenville market.
