Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Healthcare or life sciences construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering projects valued up to $7M
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
  • Stable career history with demonstrated project success
