Superintendent - Ground-up Builds

• Direct all field operations for ground-up construction projects, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and schedule requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors while coordinating on-site activities to keep workflows organized and efficient.
• Conduct routine jobsite walkthroughs, quickly resolving challenges and verifying work aligns with design plans and specifications.
• Communicate consistent progress updates to project leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Travel regularly between project sites and be prepared to stay on-site for extended durations when project demands require it.
