Combining the resources of a large contractor with the accessibility and culture of a smaller organization, they offer employees strong leadership support, repeat business, and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial - Baltimore will:Lead all day-to-day construction activities on active project sites.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules and milestones.Drive project safety, quality control, and production performance.Develop, update, and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to ensure successful project execution.Collaborate closely with foremen, project teams, and fellow Superintendents to maintain efficient field operations.Serve as the primary on-site leader on smaller projects and oversee multiple field personnel on larger projects.Manage construction projects from sitework through building systems commissioning.Ensure successful delivery of complex at-risk construction projects while maintaining client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
