Superintendent - Ground-up Commercial Construction

• Manage day-to-day operations on ground-up commercial construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
