This is an opportunity to join a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and long-term employee success.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Construction will:Lead field operations from mobilization through project closeout.Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on active jobsites.Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, owners, and design teams.Conduct project planning meetings and maintain short- and long-term schedules.Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines.Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
