Job Description

* Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics

* Maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards

* Lead inspections, progress meetings, and milestone tracking

* Communicate project updates with ownership and project teams

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

* Ground-up construction experience required

* School, educational, or institutional project experience preferred

* Strong scheduling and subcontractor management capabilities

* Proven ability to lead projects safely and efficiently

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + benefits

* Gas card and projects generally located within 1 hour of the office
