Superintendent - Ground Up Construction - DC Metro

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Implement and enforce project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Perform inspections to ensure work adheres to design specifications and quality expectations.
