With approximately 50 employees, an exceptional employee retention rate, and a reputation for delivering quality projects across the education, municipal, government, commercial, hospitality, and multifamily sectors, they offer the stability of an established contractor while maintaining a close-knit, people-first culture.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Ground-Up Construction - NoVA will:Lead all day-to-day on-site construction operations for ground-up commercial projects.Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and site sequencing.Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Conduct constructability reviews and proactively resolve field issues.Maintain strict quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce OSHA regulations and best practices.Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.Complete daily reports, monitor project progress, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation through Procore and related construction technologies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
