Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects throughout Florida and the Southeast. This individual will play a key role in delivering data center, telecommunications, industrial, and commercial projects for a contractor with a strong backlog of repeat client work.

Job Description

  • Lead field operations on ground-up and renovation construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and project schedules
  • Coordinate daily with project management teams, clients, and vendors
  • Utilize Procore and OutBuild to manage project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Tilt-wall construction experience required
  • Experience with data centers, telecommunications, industrial, or technology projects preferred
  • Strong leadership and scheduling capabilities
  • Procore experience preferred
