Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to employee development, the company provides outstanding career stability and growth opportunities for construction professionals.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Leading all field operations on large-scale ground-up industrial and warehouse construction projects.Managing project execution from site mobilization through final turnover and closeout.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure schedule and quality objectives are achieved.Driving site safety initiatives and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.Monitoring daily construction activities and proactively resolving field challenges to minimize delays.Collaborating closely with project management teams to maintain project budgets and timelines.Conducting progress meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership.Ensuring workmanship meets quality expectations and contract requirements.Mentoring and developing site personnel while fostering a positive team environment.Utilizing construction management software, including Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office, to support project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
